No, the course is not refundable.
Except in the case where you are NOT a journalism student or journalist and purchased the course in error.
The course has lots of techniques that can be applied to other types of speaking, however the content is specifically designed for broadcast news journalists.
All the exercises and examples are targetted at news.
If you want to improve your voice for broadcast media interviews or podcasting etc, you're more suited to my other courses.
